My wife and I are now back in the US from our stay in Italy. I just wanted to email you to thank you for everything. We received notification at our hotel in Rome of our tickets for the Papal audience and we did attend. It was a very moving experience. Our visit to the Accademia Gallery in Florence also went well. We had no problems getting entrance and the ability to by-pass the long line was a pleasure. Again, thank for everything.
