When do I pay for the actual tickets themselves?
Your reserved tickets are held for you at each of the museum. Follow the instruction in the confirmation, upon arrival present your booking voucher to the clerk who will issue you the actual tickets, pay and enter.
Exceptions are: Santa Maria delle Grazie, Vatican Museums General Admission and Vatican VIP tour. For these events tickets are either prepaid or deposit required.

When will I receive my reserve ticket ?
Confirmation with instruction and booking voucher are e-mail normally within 24 hours or less Monday to Friday. Request received Saturday or Sunday will be issued Monday.

What's the difference between reserved tickets and pre-paid tickets?
Reserved tickets must be paid to the museum clerk upon arrival. Pre-Paid are paid on-line and tickets are waiting for you at the museum. In either case the holder of the booking voucher are handled in the same manner by the museum clerk. In short little difference between the two!

How can I determine the status of my order ?
You may log into your account to review the status on your order. Also you can post a message to customer support for additional information or assistance. Normally answered with the same day.

What is a ticket voucher and how important is it ?
The voucher is your ticket and MUST be presented to the museum clerk when you arrive. The reservation system at most museum doesn't always record the customer name. Without it you may not be permitted entrance.

Why doesn't the museum have my name listed ?
The booking systems records date, time and number of tickets required. After being accepted a ticket voucher number is issued, depending on the museum system it may never ask for the customer name. Tour operator are assigned prefix 3 digit number that apply to all customers voucher that was purchase from an authorized operator of the museum. In short the operator is recorded but not necessarily the customer by name.

Why was I charged more that others entering the museum ?
This depends on several factors, European community citizens are permitted to enter most museums at discount rate. Also, general admission those waiting in line do not have the museum handling fee, as those who have reserved or pre-paid tickets.

What about Goporta's refund policy ?
Service fee are refunded in full within 7 business days, due to error or museum closed due to labor condition. Pre-paid tickets to Santa Maria delle Grazie with take 3-4 weeks.
