How long will it take to process my order ?

Normally within 24 hours or less, Monday to Friday. Orders received Saturday & Sunday are completed and confirmation e-mail on Monday.


When do I pay for the actual tickets themselves?
Your reserved tickets are held for you at each of the museum. Follow the instruction in the confirmation, upon arrival present your booking voucher to the clerk who will issue you the actual tickets, pay and enter.

Exceptions are: Santa Maria delle Grazie, Vatican Museums General Admission and Vatican VIP tour. For these events tickets are either prepaid or deposit required.



When will I receive my reserve ticket ?

Confirmation with instruction and booking voucher are e-mail normally within 24 hours or less Monday to Friday. Request received Saturday or Sunday will be issued Monday.


What's the difference between reserved tickets and pre-paid tickets?

Reserved tickets must be paid to the museum clerk upon arrival. Pre-Paid are paid on-line and tickets are waiting for you at the museum. In either case the holder of the booking voucher are handled in the same manner by the museum clerk. In short little difference between the two!


How can I determine the status of my order ?
You may log into your account to review the status on your order. Also you can post a message to customer support for additional information or assistance.  Normally answered with the same day.

Why must I specify the date and time of my visit ?
Museums draw a large amount of visitors. For this reason, the museums require customer with advance reservations or pre-paid tickets to be assigned a fix date & time of visitation.

What is a ticket voucher and how important is it ?
The voucher is your ticket and MUST be presented to the museum clerk when you arrive. The reservation system at most museum doesn't always record the customer name. Without it you may not be permitted entrance.

Why doesn't the museum have my name listed ?
The booking systems records date, time and number of tickets required. After being accepted a ticket voucher number is issued, depending on the museum system it may never ask for the customer name. Tour operator are assigned prefix 3 digit number that apply to all  customers voucher that was purchase from an authorized operator of the museum. In short the operator is recorded but not necessarily the customer by name.

I have forgotten to pack, lost or misplace my ticket voucher what can I do ?
You may contact Goporta call center directly while in Italy by dialing 0584.952410 for assistance from our customer care representative to resolve the problem.

Do I have to wait in line to pick-up my tickets ?
No, reserve and pre-paid ticket holders are not required to query the line to purchase tickets. Instruction are included in the confirmation.

Museum was closed due to strike or staff meeting, what can I do ?

Contact our call center 0584.952410 immediately, our customer care representative will do their very best to re-schedule another visit. If unsuccessful a refund would be issued.


Why was I charged more that others entering the museum ?

This depends on several factors, European community citizens are permitted to enter most museums at discount rate. Also,  general admission those waiting in line do not have the museum handling fee, as those who have reserved or pre-paid tickets.


What about Goporta's refund policy ?
Service fee are refunded in full within 7 business days, due to error or museum closed due to labor condition. Pre-paid tickets to Santa Maria delle Grazie with take 3-4 weeks.

How soon can I pick-up my tickets at the museum ?
Generally you should show-up 15-20 minutes prior to appointed time at the museum. Present booking "PDF format" voucher that you received by e-mail to the clerk.

We're going to be late for our visit, what can I do ?
As soon as you become aware of the delay contact our call center 0584.952410 for assistance, we'll either rebook another date or provide instruction on what to do to resolve the problem.

Tickets for Vatican Museum or Vatican Garden tour are delay ?
We do our best to issue confirmation within a timely manner, however the Vatican on many occasions are issuing ticket voucher within 24-48 hours.  BE SURE TO READ TERMS OF AGREEMENT! before placing your request.
