Topic  Concerned that if I book a specific time for a museum tour
Customer Question:
I am concerned that if I book a specific time for a museum tour ie: 10:30 AM - how will I know that this time is not already booked by some group or just not available. I have heard that at certain galleries only a certain number of visitors are allowed in at a time.

ANSWER:

Goporta is "live interacting reservation" after placing your order. Our operators process your request, if it so happens the time that you requested for example 10:30 Vatican Museums Tour is SOLD OUT, then the system will try for the next available tour either 12:00 or 2:00.

In most cases we have been very successful, you'll receive confirmation by e-mail with ticket voucher assuring you that actual tickets are assigned to you for the date and time of visit and instructions.

If the date is SOLD OUT for the entire day, you are notified to provide an optional date or have the service fee refunded.

Keep in mind, that the Vatican Museums Tours may possible be SOLD OUT but, standard visits are NEVER sold out. Unfortunately, you cannot book advance tickets, in any case you'll receive e-mail instructions "tips and tricks" that will make it very easy and tranquil allowing you to enjoy your visit without missing any of the excitement.
